Poems I have so far

You are my star

That I look at from afar

Wishing, wishing you could be mine

Only for you I pine

But you are blind! Ignoring

what is right in front of you.

You walk away, leaving me, scorning me-

And I'll tell you this;

I love you, but just like a kiss-

You are gone, just a memory.

You stole my heart. Leave me be!

You had your chance,

leaving me in a trance...

but I took my heart back.

Locking it in a chest.

And I'm not giving you the key.

Cold, talons of terror

Clutch to my heart

As I run with Death on my heels

Terrified, desperate-

God save me!'

I flee

Ungodly, hideous, frightning

The unknown pursues me

I stumble- get up and

Run for my life

Help!

Sweet, rain scented air

Plays with my hair

Breezes, soft and free

Whisper, whisper, we have the key

To eternal freedom

For none

May imprision us.

Then the wind rushed

Away, after kissing my cheek

Lightly, lightly, rosy and meek.

Fish looks

I look

We both look

At the empty fish food can.

Look there,

A bee is humming.

He drinks his fill,

Packs his pouches,

And flies to the next flower.

The roses

Beautiful, so beautiful

Birds twittering

Green leaves everywhere

It is spring.

Today is hot

And I am melted to a dot.

I want to go swimming,

but Mom is winning,

so I can't go.

My Uncle is gone to a place called Moes,

and he won't be here for a while.

I am just plain hot.

It's melted the frost

And my socks are yelling to be cooled.

Gus is drooling, and

I am scrooning to the sky, so

I have to go thanks! Bye

Blowing the flag off its stand

Carrying a bird on its drift

Dropping seeds for themselves to bury

Moving the leaves

Whispering to the trees

Ruffling the waves on a lake

Cooling, healing, yes

The wind

Tell me, please

What do you do when life's no breeze?

Freeze?

Sneeze?

Wheeze?

Tease?

Seize?
Appease?

I think I'll go and get some cheese.

OOH AHH BEES!

Cling, clang, the bells that ring

Hum a tune without words

Can't you hear it?

Cling, clang, the bells that ring

Singing, singing like a chorus

Hidden words, invisible words

That are never heard

Only the tune! Shhhhhh

At full moon

Dragons creep from lairs

Leprechauns prance

Faeries dance

In the fair Evershire.

Nachtmagen, the king of the Dragons

Lies in an enchanted sleep

Till the end of time come

When the pyramid of time shall open

On a quest, where to go?

Dangers unfold, hide in every shadow,

wait behind corners for someone to come their way

At the end, triumphantly the questers show

And the magic dies.

While the mysteries last, so does the magic.
